Bagdogra Airport to Lingthem Lyang Homestay New Jalpaiguri to Lingthem Lyang Homestay Gangtok to Lingthem Lyang Homestay The nearest Airport is Bagdogra Airport and the nearest Railway Station is New Jalpaiguri Railway Station in West Bengal. Gangtok is about 4.5 hours by road and a shared Taxi/an exclusive vehicle are available from there. There is also a helicopter service available between Bagdogra Airport and Gangtok. Once can directly reach Dzongu from the Airport/Railway station via the Singtam road, which takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. We can arrange a pick-up for you from Gangtok or the Airport/Railway station. A hire/Share Taxi to Dzongu is available from Vajra Taxi Stand in Gangtok. You can ride up to Mangan and take another Taxi or come directly in the same vehicle to Lingthem Village in Dzongu. We enjoyed a lot & miss a long talks in the kitchen after having dinner about family history and heroic of Lepcha History and we exchanged a lot about Lepcha and Singaporeans and Chinese way of life, way of thinking.
